Did you ever < !signature-->Pull a star straight from the sky place it in your lover's hands gift of me to you from I? Did you ever Look straight into their eyes see the moon upon the dais burning love as sun does rise? Did you ever See the sadness of their tears unfold within their humour as you calmed all their fears? Did you ever Hold their hand within your grasp love giving comfort to all questions they may ask? Did you ever Give all of you body, heart and soul as lover's do? and did you ever Trace your fingers in the air seeking out the shadow of a love you can't repair? This is what I hope to be able to do for someone one day, if not already--everything except for the last verse, that is. Most of the verses were a real definition of true love, and the last one was a sad ending. Thank you Cindy, for sharing. Elizabeth You cling to your ways and leave mine to me. I didn't reply earlier...to be honest all your responses made me dumb....Alas I have now found the merest of a squeak... Elizabeth: You will sweetheart, love is good only when you try to be what you are not that it stops being good...so always be true.. Walt: Thanks sir... SEA: I didn't know but I guessed as much ...one day at a time, keep the pebble in your hand, let hope and trust travel though time.. Craig: Hiya sweetheart...yes, I think you do..keep doing so...
