Little Green Mini-Vans, They're everywhere you go! Oh Lord, another child on board, Another decaf Cup-of-Joe. Another Jennifer, or Melissa, Angela, Wendy, Christine. Is it just me or could it be All mini-vans are green? In teal or hunter, in forest or jade, Come join the fun, come choose a shade! Got the cellphone & garage door clicker, Now pick a silly bumper sticker! A white-flight suburbanite, Feeling not-so-young I bet! Where's my Pink Cadillac, And my Little Red Corvette? Another Michael, or Christopher, William, Jeffery or Scott. Safety seat & air bags complete, Sure I'm glad for all I got! But I've become so picket fence... I even listen to Celine. Like I'm COOL or something In my mini-van of Green! |

Reminds me of 1st marriage - was driving a James Dean Porsche - soon to be replaced by a County Squire Woody - repleat with child safety seats and clicker - I want my Porsche back!  great poem!!! |
