To My Daughter You are daddy's little girl You are such a little pearl You are part of your mother Like you there is not another You are one of a kind Always on my mind You were a sight to behold As you crossed my worlds threshold You came into the world so bold I have found much joy In the hugs you freely give In the songs we sing The curiosity in your eyes The pranks you pulled The laughter it brings As I take you from pigtails To wedding bells You will always be My own little angel Daddy's little girl I love you |

Thank you Paula......I am the lucky one to have her as a daughter Jonmcm...thank for reading it and your kind words Victoria.....So far so good....it has been 4 yrs and I still miss her...but they are happy...thank you |

Oh Alan, this is so so precious. And I do understand the feeling. My first baby is 18 and I just watched her give birth to her first baby and whewwww that was really something. But as you said, she will always be my baby.. Lovely poem and so nice to see a Dad loving his child this way. Juls |
