a puddle of words
descending slowly
into my hands--
one by one
until they merge
to become whole;
a phrase of simplicity
in a complex
           rainfall...
and as i watched
the rain fell harder
trickling into my heart.
i stood in it's moisture
as it drenched my body
encircling my soul
in a lethal warmth.
tenderly, i kissed
a single raindrop,
constructing a complex
                 cloudburst--
and then i watched it
                      touch you...
embrace it with your soul,
your whole being.
simple is the rain
until we open our eyes
to see the prism;
the complex heart
of the torrent...

Dee love, well if tricks can, so can I, back up you go again. I love this, it's excellant, if your poems keep getting better and better then where am I to find all the praise. You know you deserve it, and then some.
