vlraynes, How very true. So many people do not ever understand the consequences of their actions. Very well thought of write. Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love (Daniel J D) |

SEA- too often, people just don't stop and think about the damage their words can do to another person. thank you so much for your thoughtful reply. glad you like. Daniel- right you are...it's unfortunate how often pain is caused with just a few words spoken thoughtlessly. thanks so much for your reply. -vicky "...until you have read the verse on his heart, you have not truely met the poet." -vlraynes |

Vicky, as I'm sure you know, there's a lot of truth here. Gossip hurts, often more than the people who spread it realize. Thanks for the reminder to all of us. To love another person is to see the face of God. - Les Miserables Marilyn |

sticks and stones may break my bones..but names will never hurt me? Whoever came up with that did not have emotions. you hit it on the head. What damage can falsehoods create? plenty and some can never be mended with a "sorry." Ron |

Vicky, very pointed piece. Even in our peaceful little family, evil rumors can start. I would hope that everybody's good intentions don't get the better of them if all they did was heard it from a friend who heard it from another friend.... Some little innocent flirting by me, spread with a little extra flare by so and so could make me look like the evil lady killer.... Of course its all true, about me...lol. or so I've heard. Parker |

A very good point indeed Vicky...if I'd done half the things I've heard I'd be to busy to even be here! It's a shame that those that feel guilty themselves find talking about others an ego boost...and sometimes it's innocent mis-information...either way it can run like wild fire....You've posted a good reminder to think before you speak~ |

Vicky~ Oh, I think you know my feelings on this one ! Small minds create big rumors to make it appear they know something. I refer to them as delusional dildoes- cause nobody else will play with them they can only play with themselves. And THAT'S my feeling on that ! I go my merry way I care not what they say Gossipers stir the pot of black, with intelligence that they lack ! Great write girl ! ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ noles1@totcon.com |

I flirt, I hug, I kiss, I have fun The ones who KNOW me know of my heart I will not now nor will I ever run If they don't like it then THEY may part |

Ron- you are so right...names/words can and do hurt very deeply. thanks so much for your kind reply. glad you like this. Parker- so true...it is a shame that even here, where things are usually peaceful, things such as this can and do happen. thanks so much for the thoughtful response. glad you enjoyed. btw...you wouldn't believe the things i've heard about you...lol. Peppermint35- thank you so much for the kind response. glad you like this. Holly- i am so glad you like this. how right you are...too many people try to make themselves look better by making others look worse...it really is sad. thank you so much for reading and responding...it really means alot to me. Marge- Oh, my friend...leave it to you to put a smile on my face with this one. 'delusional dildoes'... I LOVE THAT!! ...and how true it is. thank you so much for the smile and the giggle...and thank you for being such a wonderful friend. ((((HUGS)))) Mark- my sweet friend...NO...you should not have to run anywhere. only you, and a few fortunate others know what is truely in your heart...nobody else can assume to know, and has no business passing judgement on your actions. you MUST stay right here my friend. thanks for reading...glad you like it. thanks again all, -vicky "...until you have read the verse on his heart, you have not truely met the poet." -vlraynes |

Vicki, Great message in a heartfelt style. If only, (we) not look so hard for other's faults, maybe.. interact with mutual respect, what a nice experience could be shared by all. sorry.. Marcy |

tricks..words can often hurt--more than stones thrown.. and its the little things that tend to hurt the most.. we likely know the truths in our hearts..and when we dont, openness and honesty will find them out for us in the best way possible always keep an open heart hugs, dg "so lift your heart with mine...the depth to which it grieves is the height to which it can celebrate!" -Lisa Hussey |
