The Qualities of Love--Intimacy |

I first met Intimacy several years ago. At first, she seemed shy and very quiet But as I got to know her better, she shared many things with me. We would spend days talking about our lives our dreams our hopes our fears Then late one night, I got a phone call And Intimacy told me the one secret she had not told me in our talks She told me of the child she never had. It was then that I felt that Intimacy and I were one For she had shared with me her essence. Intimacy and I don't talk much anymore. But I still remember everything she taught me. Because of her, my new lover and I are closer than two people could ever be.
