Little Elf-Of-Self ~*Marge Tindal*~  I have a little Elf-Of-Self as you can plainly see Sometimes she pens the words so sweet that dwell inside of me Other times she's pensive bringing another's thoughts so kind I love each caring spirit she has brought to mind When someone else's thoughts are captured by my pen I feel inspirational enlightment glowing from deep within This Elf-Of-Self has feelings to touch the hearts of many Sometimes she cries another's tears when they find they haven't any Sometimes she smiles a smile that has not yet reached your face The Little Elf-Of-Self sends it winging on it's way post-haste So if you find that you need a little elf to comfort you Rest assured that she will know exactly what to do If you find a verse written on the pages of this rhyme Take what you need to comfort and enjoy It was probably for you this time ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Oh Marge ... I wish you could see how big a smile I'm wearing right now ... what a positively uplifting and entertaining verse, I loved your thoughts in this! It reminds me of your "Playful Ink of Think" which STILL plays happily in my mind (that phrase continues to pop into my head at the darndest times) ... and now my poet friend, you've given me "little elf-of-self"! Kit~ You just make my smile brighter by knowing you ! Playful Ink-Of-Think knows Elf-Of-Self it's true ... They cavort together daily cause it's such a fun thing to do ! They care not that they drive me batty with their constant vie for attention - I really love them dearly in case I forgot to mention ! And YOU dear friend are one OBSERVANT eagle eye !
