My wish---
she lies,
uncovered, bare...
a thought in tick--
pain of aware...
a murmer--hummm...
within a cage,
the rage, THE RAGE---
to come of age.

And oh,
she tries,
to gather dew,
the mist of cries
ungathered youth--
How could she,
can she, forsake
truth---the
journey of the sage?

Oh, to understand, again,
the journey of the journey's end...
To be the fool,
the measured rule...
I'll venture every avenue..
a kiss of verse,
a poet's curse...
I'll kiss you, and...
kiss you again...

Parchment is my page.

yes "ungathered youth" oh, how well I have tried to hold onto it. Love it, absolutely loved it.
