The beat is esoteric time Crooned by tune and tuned by croon I tried to write a rhapsody. Verse by verse and rhyme by rhyme Written in esoteric time. Chime by chime in word and line In peels of sound that sounds align Echoing in soothing sighs Reverberate like lullabies. To swim and scent about your head Like winter scenes when snow is spread. Like summers warm that makes one go To places that you do not know. To wonder in its ecstasy Veiled in dreams of fantasy It is a world we much prefer It is a world we all defer. Hoping that these sing song phrases Will bring about some magic hazes. |
