Once again great promises are heard Who's best to run our country? While control by one who keeps his word goes unheard. How can it be? We discuss, read, watch and hear weighing pros and cons of each While beckoned by truth so pure yet chose to stay out of reach Each and all are deeply affected by the decision we make. By one, we'll always be protected. Why wait until it's too late? We can elect who'll control beyond the economy The creator of our soul is best for you and me. Each has the freedom to decide our will or His to trust. When His will, we elect to guide, He'll surely deliver us. |

I for one am hoping and praying that this new President will be a heck of a lot better than the last one... Elizabeth Something sweet, something sort of grandish, sweeps my soul when thou art near... [email protected] |

Mom, what a surprise! Only one in control is just what we need. I know it's always in Good hands with God. And hey Susan, it's GORE! LOL <*\\\>< I know not what the future holds, but I know Who holds the future. |

I think the point here is that no matter who wins, as long as God is in charge of our lives, we'll win. Very good poem. |

Elizabeth, Sea and dear daughter, thanks for reading and responding. Walt,Poet Devine and Nathan, So glad you saw the point of electing to let God lead and I sure appreciate the compliments, too. Thanks, Rae Nathan, thought you got rid of me, huh? I've been in spiritual. Never see you post there anymore. Nice to know you're still with us. |
