This one was kind of thrown together quickly by the joy of the moment, so excuse any typos and such. =) Really just wanted to say "good-bye" for a few days. See ya on Monday! -- Happy Easter! You'll be missed! -- (4-22-00) I was blissfully wandering the forums When suddenly the phone did ring It's mom calling from Georgia To see what my plans might be She called to say 'I love you' Three words I hold so dear She said that with three children It could be the best time of the year She said my little brother Was out running around He asked my sister to come in And show mom the egg he found She was standing there before her Trying so hard to get a message through She was trying her best to talk A good attempt at the age of two! She mumbled across a few words That only mom's can grasp And after a few corrections The message was clear at last Standing there in sunlight Clothes painted yellows, pinks and blues Braging about the egg they found The Easter Bunny left it just for you! She could barely believe her ears The timing was so sweet She gave my sis the phone And this is what she began to speak; "You gotta come see it! It's dot your name on it tew!" So to my poetic friends I must say "good-bye" to you (BTW, Marge how do you spell 'adu'?  )She just sounded so cute How could I possibly resist? I'd planned to spend the evening here So trust me you'll be missed! --Dave
