Why, oh why, am I here within these dark walls? Did I do something wrong, that now I deserve this? I keep sinking deeper even though I want out, I'm not me anymore, I'm not anybody. I feel dead but I have a pulse I want to scream but what use would it be? I'm scared, I don't want to lose myself, I loved myself, but now I am sinking, drowning away. |

Wow, you did well sharing the emotions that go right along with what I call depression. I too, have found myself "sinking away"....That's about the time you feel you've reached the bottom. You've done wonderfully with this...I can relate. If this is real life, and you need someone to talk to, I have big ears, ok girl? Remember that. |

Cerenity-1: Thanks for reading and responding, I am explaining below Femme:Thanks for reading and responding You hit the nail on the head, thank God I was at the bottom I could not have taken much more, first time for everything I guess, and I had a special online friend coaching me through it all the way, another thing I was thankful for. Thank you for your kindness and offer, I will remember in the future if I become overwhelmed. |
