Shadows, < !signature-->always shadows, howling round my ear. Sorrows, always sorrows, my heart doesn’t want to hear. Sadness, always sadness, comes a solitary tear. ~ ~ ~ Wish you were here. Wish you were here. ~ ~ ~ Ancient, I’m so ancient, half a century of grief. Timeworn, ever timeworn, difficult to find relief. ~ ~ ~ Wish you were here. Wish you were here. ~ ~ ~ Loves, so many gone; echoing trails of my lost. Lost, stretching haunted years, no way to count the cost. ~ ~ ~ Wish you were here. Wish you were here. ~ ~ ~ (For Kelly) The spiritual wind that holds survivors aloft, plants the seeds from which bloom new hope ... R.J.G. [This message has been edited by Rosemary J. Your words, "I am ancient" just wrenched my heart--with the strength of your shouting heart you have written. |

You can feel your emotions calling out from your powerful words. As was said above, a sorrowful haunting quality. |

"No way to count the cost", except by the depth of love, which is infinite. So beautiful your verse of love Liz |

here I am typing through the night my sweet Rosemary's covers are pulled up tight then I saw her name and couldn't help myself. Thank you RJ. Thank you all from a very caring heart.< !signature--> If I could paint a portrait, of this life in which I've led, and somehow sketch a story, of the visions in my head, I'd start out with a canvas, stretched tightly in a frame, and in the bottom corner, I'd leave room to sign my name.
