Butterflies In my Tummy!

There are butterflies in my tummy!
They're huge and maybe gummy!
To be in front of the crowd,
Singing in a microphone!
For all to hear!
There are butterflies in my tummy!
I know they're feeding on me!
Taking my vocal cords!
Making them tight
Oh me I'm bound to be such a sight
Maybe the butterflies can carry a tune,
If not I'm sure i'll sing low
Let the crowd carry the tune.
Better yet maybe the birds will be out
On this a summer day.
There are butterflies in my tummy!
They are getting quite pro-funday'
Yeah even butterflies have a tune
so I better just start singing tune for tune.

P.s wish me luck! or at least the butterflies (lol)

Rosebud - it is said that a person who
goes on stage that has lost their butterflies
is not worth watching.

Take a deep breath. Know your subject
well and look just above their heads, and
as you get more experienced - take your
eyes and make your audience meet yours

Wonderful poem full of hope and fear and
the great nature that we all have.
