Stillness settles o'er the field
where the throngs are now amassed
T'will stongly test their mettle
as they joust unto the last
The Knights of Passions order
thrust their pages now aside
And write outside the borders
trust that words will true abide
To instill a sense of wonder
o'er both foe and maiden fair
Spill of ink as hooves a-thunder
quoth from heart-felt image shared
With lance of wit held sharply
poised to deal the final blow
One takes a chance and lowers it
with recognition his eyes glow
"Why doth we fight to prove a point
on which we all agree ?"
"Sweet maidens fair of Passions site
anointed by gods must be !"

(Ahem ! Sir Balladeer , Perhaps 'twould be best if ye were to buckle that swash . I'm quite certain they said "chivalrous" not " shriveled thus "!

To impress or not to impress, 'tis a question fair,
To get them maidens swoon, with knight's caress so rare...

Interesting point, Dr. Moose, very interesting...

regards, sudhir

My heart is pounding, my stomach's inside out
I'm feeling kind-a-shaky, my mind is full of doubt
All I ever think about, is fearing fear itself,
Wish I could unscrew my head and put it on the shelf
Everything is twisted, everything is oh so tight,
Don't know what I'm looking at, the lights are all too bright
My brain's about to crumble, spill out on the floor
Sweep 'em up. Throw 'em away, don't want 'em anymore
Clouds race across the sky, day turns into night,
Still there are the questions, no answers in sight
Everything is twisted, everything is oh so tight,
Starin' out the window, everything is just too bright
Brain's about to crumble, spill out on the floor,
Wish I could unscrew my head, and kick it out the door...
You know I'm feeling kind-a....Strange

Sir Moose... no better words could one state.  Most excellent. I bow to you and yours and would gladdly bestow the crown of PIP to you were I able to steel it from the almighty Ron.    Ahhh... its good to be back.

Dr. Moose,
thou hast indeed penned a thought-provoking poem
and cast a challenge to one of Passions own!
So now, good Balladeer, a challenge has been made
Wilt thou accept, or art thou afraid??

Superb Dr. Moose!!!
