Oh, gracious God, fill my desire, Apollo, with your soothing lyre, Command the everlasting dance! Evoke in me the bygone love,-- The days of rapture and romance! And let the Cupid from above Turn green with jealousy and envy, And glimmer in the somber sky! Apollo, with affection, hand me The gifts of Muses and then, I Shall write of love as none before me Have ever loved nor ever wrote! And then the mortals shall adore me, And fancy wisdom of my thought. Then, dear Apollo, I shall praise And with my pen recite your grace! |

This, my prayer, does master speak... lyric of my heart to seek. Smiles of gods, on me bestow, Grant me love, lest I grow cold. forgive me master. I forget myself. and what a relief that is! Lovely words, sir. |

God grant master this heartfelt gift And through memories he shall sift Searching for love like no other Caring and compassionate as a new mother Apollo, he will sing your praise If you'll set his pen ablaze Great work, master. Love the theme! LW Friends are friend forever if the Lord's the Lord of them and a friend will not say never cause the welcome will not end. --Michael W. Smith |
