Never Give Up Amy M. Kennedy ~dedicated to anyone whose feeling down~ never give up...always believe in you hold your head high...be who you are don't listen to others...to yourself stay true you can do anything...reach up and touch a star you are someone special...you are a gem dare to dream...let your spirit free don't be afraid...to reach out on a limb take a moment to breathe...and just be life is short...time is of the essence make each moment count...live for today don't live for yesterday...live for the present don't give up...stay true to yourself always. "Don't be dismayed at goodbyes. A farewell is before you can meet again. And meeting again after a moment or a lifetime is certain for those who are friends." "Fate exists but it can only take you so far, Because once you're there It's up to you to make it happen." |

I couldnt agree more. Thank you for reminding us. A real refresher to our minds. I believe this is mind over matter. Like no matter what I will be positive, I remind myself that life is a appetizer and i'm going for the main course. lol Lets don't forget the sweets afterwards. This rustic here sits forlorn, appreciating what you have done through this gentle poem of yours....words way beyond wisdom, Amy Regards, sudhir My heart is pounding, my stomach's inside out I'm feeling kind-a-shaky, my mind is full of doubt All I ever think about, is fearing fear itself, Wish I could unscrew my head and put it on the shelf Everything is twisted, everything is oh so tight, Don't know what I'm looking at, the lights are all too bright My brain's about to crumble, spill out on the floor Sweep 'em up. Thanks for your sweet replies! You all are way too kind for your own good.  I was just feeling rather happy when I wrote this poem and wanted to pass it along to others. Sudhir...you always make me smile with your comments, thank you kind sir Marge...as always you make my heart smile. you are such a sweet lady with always a kind word. your comment meant more to me than u know. Janet...well you know how I feel about you my dear friend. Love you much. As for how did I get so smart...a certain kind poet I know has helped me tremendosly combined with the divine lady above in heaven Tennessee Angel...I am glad that my words touched you. To me that is the ultimate compliment to a poet. I humbly thank you! SpitFire...you are more than welcome hon. glad that i made you smile. Amy, How did you know I needed this so? Just wanted to let you know that this made me glow. For lifting spirits you've got a knack. And talent is something you definitely don't lack. Your poems are a such a beautiful sight. Gosh, girl, you sure know how to write. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean.
