Listening to every heart

The Letters

Each letter lovingly cherished, for each letter sent
just to proclaim our friendship, just to show our intent
that there are reasons on this earth, to adore you, m’dear
each letter cherished, with words alone you hear.

Each letter bears my heart, each one flies to you,
our souls traversed long and far, finally found a clue ~
that there is a person out there, a soul-mate not met
and when you find this person, you rejoice … kismet!

So do not let us tarry, but treasure all the times
when our paths now cross, even if in our minds…
we will share our laughter, we will share our pain…
and thank God we found each other, for look at what we’ve gained!

and when you find this person, you rejoice … kismet!

yah! luck is what it requires...

nice sentiments, flowing feelings...
Karilea, the pen you hold flows with the ink of your thoughts...

Regards, sudhir.

P.S. The 'summer' poem is out, called 'A summer evening', I don't know if that's any good!!!

Meanwhile Pink Floyd, reigns supreme still,

Hey you, out there in the cold,
Getting lonely, getting old, can you feel me?
Hey you, standing in the aisle,
With itchy feet and fading smile, can you feel me?
Hey you, don't help them to bury the light.
Don't give in without a fight.
Hey you, out there on your own,
Sitting naked by the phone, would you touch me?
Hey you, with your ear against the wall,
Waiting for someone to call out, would you touch me?
Hey you, would you help me to carry the stone?
Open your heart, I'm coming home....

hi SUnshine beautiful poem,

Each letter bears my heart, each one flies to you,
our souls traversed long and far, finally found a clue ~
that there is a person out there, a soul-mate not met
and when you find this person, you rejoice … kismet!

I know what it is like to get a letter from someone you dearly. In fact I got one today, it just made the whole day.

anyway beautiful poem, lovely.

Sunshine: I loved this, really did....when one believes, our thinking and trust can have such a tremendous influence on how we perceive and just add a touch of sun and the mere sighting of a rainbow and we're cast in a spell...

Sadly, when spelt, the letters are not always a lasting commitment but more like sunshine, here today, gone tomorrow but I look for the sun and of course, I hope I will see a smidgen of a rainbow...always!

Take care

Sunshine,

Lovely poem and sweet thoughts and sentiment.  This is exactly how my husband and I started out....letters, then on to bigger things which eventually brought us together.  Hope your dreams come true.  Beautiful writing!!

Sunshine...

This is BEAUTIFUL! the emotion you put
into this more than paid off. this is
just lovely m'friend. isn't it great
when we realize we have found love and
that the person feels the same?! you
have written your heart dear...and it is
wonderful to see that you are happy!
take care,
amy
