-too late- sung freestyle Do not think about trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. Do not even think about trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. Don't think about trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. Do not think about trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. You went as high as you could go. Your voice cracked, your body Fell in the snow. You froze. You wanted some help, But there was no one there. You gave your blood to the earth. There's no use trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. There's no use trying to escape. It's too late too late too late too late. I wanted to find my way around town, So I got right in the car. I got lost so quickly. Now I'm in the alley looking at the stars. Oh, I was shot. The car was hijacked where I stood and bled. I don't know what I'm gonna do. There's too much thoughts in my head. There's no use trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. There's no use trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. There's no use trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. There's no use trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. I professed my love to my girl. She said she loved me. But she went and broke me in half With her glance. She didn't even give me a goodbye kiss. She said that we could be friends But everything else had to end. There's no use trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. There's no use trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. The man bled as he lay down In the snow, in the alleyway, On the bed, the gun to his head. Saying it's too late too late too late. There's no use trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. It's no use trying to escape. It's too late too late too late. Too late too late too late. Too late too late too late. But you know I didn't want it To end that way. I washed the man's wound, I brought him to a hospital bed. I carried the man off the mountain myself. I helped my friend find a new girl. I wanted to be there; I wanted to care. But they told me Your help is needless now. It's too late too late too late too late. There's no use yelling out. It's too late too late too late. We appreciate the help but you see It's too late too late too late. We just want to die right here. It's too late too late too late. You can't save us; no one can because It's too late too late too late. We wanna die; we don't wanna live. It's too late too late too late. I offered advice, Many pills the colors of the rainbow. They shot their barbed comments like arrows. They said they didn't need no pills. They'd rather have their minds intact. Even though the knives were to their throat, Even though there was no turning back. They said they'd rather bleed than think That anybody had a need for them. They'd rather die here under the sky Then try to find love, life; it's too hard, they said. It's too late too late too late. Don't even try to escape. It's too late too late too late. Give it up; it's too late, they said. Give it up; it's too late. They wanna die In the water. They wanna die near the shore. They wanna die in the mountain. They wanna be shot in a store. They don't wanna even try. They don't wanna see the sun; they wanna see the night. And I tried to help them through, But it's too late too late too late too late too late. Too late too late too late. I tried to escape. It's too late. |
