This is my heart,
incomplete--
and every meet of soul
so sweet...
This one,
all would understand.
With these words
would I feel the hand
of ying coupled within the yang.

All the words
of heart, unspoken,
promise of my birth
unbroken---
for every word I've left unsaid
I've left my soul twice as dead...

Favorite?
I've penned none yet.
'Til pray me, I,
my soul to rest...
If any words
be pondered, deep--
I pray the Lord my soul to keep..

I think its poetic and perfect you would be the first to post to this...
I LOVE this poem,
every word is kissed with your grace...
with that gentle vunerability
that I so adore about your poetry.
*blowing kisses to the south*
me loves ya, jm

I think I could need - this in my life
I think I'm just scared - that I know too much
I can't relate and that's a problem
I'm feeling ...
If you're gone - maybe it's time to go home
There's an awful lot of breathing room
But I can hardly move
If you're gone - baby you need to come home
cuz there's a little bit of something me...
In everything in you.

Loved this serenity,

All the words
of heart, unspoken,
promise of my birth
unbroken---
for every word I've left unsaid
I've left my soul twice as dead...

and even when we write poetry we discard words and images that are poems in their own right.
a wonderful response to the challenge.

serenity, loved it, very much.....
but I must ask what does this mean....

would I feel the hand
of ying coupled within the yang.

Well whatever it really means, my brain interpreted another way...

Serenity I missed this, as I've missed much around here lately. Sorry!
I like this and the words just hit home. To pick a favorite line, would be to choose them all, they all spoke to me
