As she sleeps, dreams fill her head, Toughts of kisses, loves lips bled, Roses smell, roses of red, Unto her dreams she is awake, Laying awaiting her mate, Prince of charmings at her rescue, Loves fair test of rainbow hues, Where fairytales are made everafter, Romantic passion and endevours, Of moonlit kisses upon golden ponds, Water lilies and beautiful swans, Danceing fairies to a lovers tune, Underneath the silver moon, As she sleeps, she desires, One of whom nother can compare, She awakes by a gentle kiss on the cheek, To find him kneeling there, beside her, Is she dreaming still? Has her dream become real? Sleeping beauty no longer asleep, For prince charming has her heart for keeps... |

Quite interesting. Sounds somewhat reminiscent of Keats' Eve of St. Agnes... |

"Is she dreaming still? Has her dream become real?" Wouldn't that me a wonderful moment. If a lovely dream could become reality. Loved the flow and the gentle spirit of this poem. James |
