so often we feel discouraged motives, not a friend we kneel in prayer forgiveness found friends pull me up from here! sometimes the climb is simple often the valley deep remember hands extended down to pull you to your feet life moves on time stands not still valleys depths' now gone self placed aside, corrections made lessons to be learned salvation's plan alive and well for all to look and see this is but a reason Christ Jesus died for you and me |

I ditto Kit, Alle'cram... Regards, Sudhir Hey you, out there in the cold, Getting lonely, getting old, can you feel me? Hey you, standing in the aisle, With itchy feet and fading smile, can you feel me? Hey you, don't help them to bury the light. Don't give in without a fight. Hey you, out there on your own, Sitting naked by the phone, would you touch me? Hey you, with your ear against the wall, Waiting for someone to call out, would you touch me? Hey you, would you help me to carry the stone? Open your heart, I'm coming home.... by Roger Waters (Pink Floyd) - The Wall |

Thanks to all my new friends who took the time to read and respond. This was written for a specail pal who is feeling down in the dumps. I just wanted to remind her of all the outstretched hands waiting to pull her up. Hope she reads the poem. Thanks again. When time permits, I will read each of your poems. Blessings, Marcy |
