Death Will Come as Epiphany Good lord, I know I am dying Good lord, what have I done wrong? Good lord, I am scared. What will become of me? I used to believe what my parents said bout dying was all a lie, all just a little joke. I actually thought everyone lived on. But now I understand that people are gonna die that everyday church bells are gloomily ringing, that everyday people will be dressed in black and following the coffin. Good lord, I know I am dying Good lord, what have I done wrong? Good lord, I am scared. What will become of me? I didn't believe till my Aunt Jill died. But then I was pretty young, I didn't even cry but before then I thought it wasn't real I actaully thought everyone would live on. Now, I am dying, what would happen if I didn't believe right now? Now, I am dying. And suddenly I understand. Good lord, I know I am dying. Good lord, what did I do wrong? Good lord, I am scared. What will become of me? Everything in my whole short life is coming back to me now. Everything...everything. Way back, when I was born. Yes, I understand. I understand whi I was meant to live. I understand why my best friend moved away. I understand why everyone has to die. Yes, I understand. And now I'm dying. I must say good bye to the world. Everyone, I'm dying. Farewell and God bless. |

Do hope with all my heart that this is not a true story and that you are feeling well.
