night has fallen shadows captivate moonlit skies silence is echoed thru their halls at night once upon a time emotion filled their hearts now jealousy and possessiveness controls the mind how can it be such a love once so dear now filled with sentiment of doubt and fear passion and romance they once shared hearts dancing a ballad that only they two bared thru the distance they are miles apart whispers of i luv u's echo thru their hearts if only the miles were shortened perhaps he would believe .. in his arms she yearns to be .. in his heart she found her destiny .. in his soul her life feels complete |

night has fallen shadows captivate moonlit skies silence is echoed thru their halls at night once upon a time emotion filled their hearts now jealousy and possessiveness controls the mind A powerful poem, you captured the yearning for love perfectly. I hope that the fires rekindle. ------------------------ "Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too? " Douglas Adams. Small Black Flowers That Grow In The Sky "You have your very own number They dress your cage in its nature Once you roared now you just grunt lame Pace around pathetic pound games Wanna get out won't miss you sensaround To carry your own dead to swing your tyre tricks Wanna get out here you're bred dead quick For the outside, The small black flowers that grow in the sky They drag sticks along your walls Harvest your ovaries dead mothers crawl Here comes warden, Christ, temple, elder Environment not yours you see through it all Wanna get out won't miss you sensaround To carry your own dead to swing your tyre tricks Wanna get out here you're bred dead quick For the outside, The small black flowers that grow in the sky Here chewing your tail is joy" Richey Edwards |

"How can it be such a love once so dear now filled with sentiment of doubt and fear." Very nice and I think love has to be nourished. James |

Oh so true and so sad. I feel the lonliness and emptiness of a love that once was, but is no longer. Great expressive piece. I can relate on many levels. Keep up the good work!! |

Coco, How sad. I found myself desperately wanting to try and mend this relationship! Good job! Lori ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean. Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens. Promise me you'll give faith a fighting chance. And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance - I hope you dance. song by LeeAnn Womack ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |
