I am looking at a road map And no it is not my face I am looking at a road map And I’m feeling out of place There’re ten jillion roads in Texas And each one looks like the other My eldest son says through his teeth “Daddy just how much futhur?” “Well Son I’d say we’re bout half way” “But Dad just now we left the drive” “Well Son my answer is halfway Don’t ask again to stay alive” I never been the navigator Reading between the lines of the map It’s not as easy as at Indy Where it’s all just one big lap Remember east is least west be best It only works if you’re left-handed But if your wife is driving sir Don’t be bad map reading branded Oh and “H” is for hospital If you get in a fight with your wife And just allow her to fold up the map It’ll lessen your map reading strife [This message has been edited by wayoutwalt (edited 05-22-2000).] |

LOL I wrote "the road map to love" much more sensitive than this. hahah men are from mars and women from venus. OH, my, give me a map and a I will tell you where we are. LOL never side or backseat drive NOT worth the pain it causes. hmmm, once my mom left my sister in a gas station for a long road trip -----counted a head twice, I guess LOL Great poem. Walt. |
