Could This Be Love? < !signature-->Amy M. Kennedy The feeling in my heart is so powerful and intense When I am with you, I feel so free My soul feels like it is new and has been cleansed My mind never at such ease Could this be love? this feeling that I feel Is this God's divine plan...you are a true work of his art The emotions capture me completely, they are so real From your life I never want to part Everyday the emotions become stronger The words I love you seem just right Losing my battle to fight, can't hold out much longer In fact no longer wanting to fight Your lips softly touch mine, as I speak your name Our bodies dance together like the swaying of the trees Now that I have you, I'll never be the same Flames of heat engulf me, never wanting from your release Could this be love? Do you feel it too Surely its not my imagination, and this is no dream I am completely happy when I think of you Our love echoing thru the universe and shining like a moon beam Reality has to be considered, that much I know But everyday I am finding, I want you more And it isn't just physical, our feelings continue to grow When we are together, I feel like I can soar It is night now, and in your arms I want to be But you are so far away, I wonder if we'll ever be together I only want to share a life with you, to love you completely I know you feel the same, you whispered forever Could this be love? ~Live today as though it were your last but prepare for tomorrow as though it were here~ [This message has been edited by Aimster (edited 05-21-2000).] |
