My Precious Child ~*Marge Tindal*~ I gaze at you my precious child and cradle you close to me. I love you for the person you will become, not just who I want you to be. I will try my best to guide you and release you without a qualm. No matter where you go, you'll find my outstretched palm. As you gain your balance, I am not afraid to let you go. With the proper guidance planted, you will return, I know. I'll gently release your hand as you approach each new roads' bend. For God only made me your mother, YOU made me your friend. ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |
