the creatures inside me
moved me,
hold me
in your arms

please forget me
they will get me
change me
break me
let me go

nobody but me
can stop me
turn me
help me

no one gets out of here alive

That was a beautiful poem. Very true at times for all of us. No one can stop us but ourselves.
