My Song

A sweet lullaby
     mellow song
euphonious joviality
    harshness free
you play
        for my heart
           and I sway to the
melody arising from
    within you

a thumping slow base
         beats from my chest
       in conjunction with
the musical arrangement
          of words

You,
  I sing with and
           dance with
    you are my song

What comes from the heart goes to the heart.
Samuel Coleridge

Beautiful.

Nothing can deter a poet, for he is actuated by pure love. Who can predict his comings and goings? "Thoreau"
