Today I watched the miles roll by, As I was heading west. Like some lonely knight of old Upon a holy quest. De Vaca gave his life to find The fount which promised youth- And I suppose I’ve given mine To find and tell the truth. I’ve left behind the ones I love- To take a lonely trail... To seek, to help, the outcast ones I cannot, must not fail. Who am I? and what’s my claim? Why I am but a voice- Crying in the wilderness.... It is my call, my choice. |

And I, for one, am so glad that you have made the choice to use that voice! What a loss it would be for us if it were ever silenced. Denise |
