The common heir The elements of everyone, Were made beneath a common sun. We drink the water breath the air, We are creations common heir. Within this bubbles green and blue, Simple gravity is the glue. Maturity is common change, To berth and die is not so strange. We must accept our common bare, We are a part of common share. The elements of everything, Were made from out a common spring. To live and die is not so strange, Maturity is common change. And gravity is the glue, Within this bubbles green and blue. So if these truths so sweetly fit, Then why do we still question it? |

It is pretty simple when you look at it that way...I guess one other commonality is to question. Great poem! |

Sy, you know, of course, that golf holds the answer to all Life's questions. For example, I will hit a ball 50 yards to the left and turn to my partner and say "Why didn't it go straight?" The answer is obvious why it didn't go straight....but I still ask. Sometimes it is just hard to accept the obvious..... Good work, my man. |

Balladeer, It's hard to think of you hitting a ball off line 50yds. But you did prove your point. Thanks for the good work. |

Sy, this is wonderful! We question it because it's our nature...some people have a hard time accepting things on faith... thanks for the read! |

Hi Sy, This is perfect, we question it because right when we think we have some of the answers then its time to go, there is no end to growing up because there will always be the question WHY !!!!!!! You are good, Cerenity |

Sometimes I think we question it simply because it is so overwhelming, and we cannot believe that we are so fortunate to actually be the recipient of so much... good job, good Sir.< !signature--> Sunshine Look, then, into thine heart, and write ~~~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow [This message has been edited by Sunshine (edited 05-02-2000).] |
