Color Me Happy If our poems were a color Would all of them be blue? Would it not be pleasanter To write in brighter hue? A few write in pretty pastels, I sometimes write in gray. Let us try the other colors And chase the blues away. By Joyce 5/30/02 |

Joyce dear, this is all well and good but what would life be without a little variety? Someone has to be a stick in the mud. It might as well be me. LOL the woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost |

Great write Joyce. Good thoughts. I will try to write something less gloomy... When my heart is not gray, I would like to paint the sky blue... ![]() Eliza Simmons |

Thank you Midnight for your comments. Yes, Pegasus we have room for all emotions in poetry. Eliza, I thought when I read your poem in the other site that we had kindred thoughts. Love, Joyce [This message has been edited by Joyce Johnson (07-08-2002 06:07 PM).] |
