These dreams are so deeply mired in the shade of unfilled needs and impossible desires as I reach for the golden-plated brass ring that dissipates before it can be grasped with a hand lined with heartaches deeply etched, and the futility of it all carousals fleetly around my head. In hopeless dismay I try to touch impossibilities while standing in the still shadows of time’s back flowing thoughts stream far from the source of an ancient fountainhead wells deep dreams, encapsulated nothing of being. How elusive they are, these shadowy shades as they carve out an existence that flit with dark wings to beat to and fro— in darkness with these endless dream shadows of mine, I weep.
