Such smooth surface- Like a wine glass, But no brandy- The texture holds, On it lives- Million souls, With the exemption- Of a few moles, Between the absence- Of light- The underbelly remains- Seemingly barren, Over the years- The texture fades, Leaving the changes- Constant. hence the phrase true beauty lies within some great images here, really enjoyed the poem. ======= Such smooth surface- Like a wine glass, But no brandy- The texture holds, On it lives- Million souls, The underbelly remains- Seemingly barren, Over the years- The texture fades, Leaving the changes- Constant. Brian I like your version better. I am thinking about using it. Ronil (One becomes god only when they have fully understood the role of being a human being.) |
