Tails of the Great Forest It was snowing; almost the last day of December when we had a gathering of clan. There was a childrens mystery afoot in the middle of Great Forest land! Huddled in the recording studio near the giant oak tree next to the big red rock. Bringing to life “The Bird Nest Mystery” in this special place where the animals talk. The narrator filling in the blanks as wise, ole Prayer Bear prays and prays. Charity Chipmunk finds the grounded nest while the Otter twins swim and play. Melody Muskrat sings the news then Gossipy and Gander Goose drop by. Liar and Lazy Lizard are sunning themselves, as the search for Mother Bird intensifies! The mystery is solved by Helpful Heron Gossipy and Liar have to apologize... the Otter twins go back to swimming as the Great Forest folk... wait for the next surpise! ~~~~~~~~~~~~ My thanks to the series creator, Dianna Lord! For some reason this makes me think of Winnie the Pooh and the Hundred Acre Woods. Same kind of magic I guess! Betty Lou Hebert |
