The sounds of Summer
silent
as quietly the butterflies
have flown.
Prevailing stillness
of winter
a hush
of Holy choirs
sing
of Silent Grace
and wonder
in the heart
A Song
of everlastiing Love!

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

Lovely!

oh so very lovely and hushed, ellie

Just a suggestion   you might want to consider doing away with one of the "silents" in this section below, for the small amount of words that you using, having silent twice in close quarters feels like too much.  I do love the quiet simple feel to this one.

The sounds of Summer
Silent
as silently the butterflies

So softly written, yet the words resonate.

Dear Ellie,
Have you ever noticed how whispered words command attention, the message though subdued is is loud and clear to the strained ear yearning for understanding.  Your poem is just that way, sweet, simple truth that whispers wisdom on the wind of beating butterfly wings.

Well done my friend.
