Determined, she is sure today to take our very breath away

A wide expanse of powder blue is a backdrop to her pretty drama

Frilly edged clouds spread across her girth in a spectacular display.

With endless flair she gilds the day with her stunning panorama.

She dons her most stunning décor in swirls both intricate and bold

Glorious shades in pastel smudge softly across puffs as soft as snow

The sun spot-lights her cat-walk in an aura of apricot and gold

Charcoal hollows play briefly, dancing on a muted silver shadow

Castaways like torn cotton wool float listlessly like flecks of dust

Multi-layered filigree clouds, tinged with the dazzle-white of the sun

A rogue tone of curious copper streaks a cloud like a residue of rust

The whole of the sky is animated, her dawn show she has just begun
