I was just getting out of the shower
Getting ready to go to bed
The phone rang…..hello…..oh its U
I was hoping it was someone else instead
What’s up….. if its not too much to ask I need someone too hold
I would if it wasn’t for the fact, those feeling left a long time ago
Wait a minute come on over
I could use a companion tonight
Who knows it may be for the better
If we can go without a fight
Then out of know I was reminded
Y with you I could never let my feeling so
At that moment it all came rushing back
And I wish I had just said NO

My boy came by its 12:30
U down to take a ride
Not really, but I went anyway
Ignored the eary feeling inside
We pulled up at the house
He got out, I’ll be back in a minute
Something wasn’t right I was stuck in the middle
And I didn’t want to be in it
All of a sudden 5 shots rang out
What the hell did this fool just do
D I’m telling U now if U use my name
I’ll lead them straight to U
I should have kept my ass at home
It was my choice I didn’t have to go
Now I’m in jail, waiting on bail
And I wish I had just said NO

2AM leaving the club
I’ve had 1, 2 ok 3, 4, 5 too many drinks
This girl passed by, cute lil thang
She looks back and winks
Just be 4 she get is her car
I stopped her, hold up….wait
I’ll take you home, if u don’t mine
After all I’m going that way
Now we’re in the bed rolling around
Mama said don’t play in the water
Without your rain coat on
Now I face the consequences for the next 18 years
And it’s nobody’s fault but me own
Now I look back a wonder Y didn’t I let he go
Just another one of those times
I wish I had just said NO
