I said a prayer the other night Telling God all about my plight I ask God to help on that day Help me God,until I get my pay A red brick Church, a steeple Special gifts, special people Special hearts heard God's plea They came and truly blessed me I wish blessings for one and all Whose hearts were on duty call God came to my need once again I am sure it was all in his plan I am in awe of the one who cares Special thanks are in my prayers Thanks for answering God's plea A hearty thanks comes from me By: Brenda Hall "thepassionatepoet" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` I said a prayer the other night and ask God to help me through the rest of this month, financially and food wise.. this past Sunday, two ladies brought me some groceries to Church and a male member gave me $25 to tide me over. I was so overwhelmed, that I decided to write a poem and read it in Church this coming Sunday to show my appreciation. Have a blessed week |
