Hiya - I don't know if there are many here who'll remember me now, I've been away for so long.. I'm really only poking my head in; Skyshine replied to one of my long-lost poems in the archives, and reminded me that I DID actually write something to add here, last week. Apologies - I'm still not going to be around much.. I'm now unbelievable busy with work, study and house-keeping. Grr If you do remember me - I'm a little different now, as I got married in between now and when I last talked to you all!! Anyway Enough. The Undressing Maple Apricot crumbled leaves tossed with hedgehogs and ants nests and hundreds and thousands of crisp yellow stars 'neath the undressing maple while red rascals drip from her arms. -Lynne |

Hi Lynne, Yes I do remember you! First of all CONGRATULATIONS Such a joyous piece of news to us at Passions to know that our sister got married Coming back to your poem, I love the pretty picture that you've painted with so little words, it's beautiful! Kind of wish I was there Love, MiCheLLe If there cannot be equal in affection, then let the one with more be me - midnightblues |

Lovely! Congratulations too what a lot changed for you in such a short time. This sure made that messy tree I have sound beautiful! Nice to read you again. You were always one of (Local Parasite's) Brian's favorites, and I have always agreed with him. |

Very picturesque....it's autumn where you live now, right? Or getting close to it.... I'll have to lurk in the archives more, if it brings people back here. Great to see you back, and congratulations on the marriage! I wish you and your husband many years of happiness! I got married last year as well, and have a six-month-old son. Hope to see you back again soon, even if you don't get the chance very often! ~sky I hope someday you get the chance to live like you were dying.... |

Thanks Michelle! And it's nice to be remembered.. I really did love this place.. And all my poet family Hehe, thanks Joyce - and yes, I'm definitely very happy. Actually, there are several mushy love poems of mine posted in PIP ('You Decide, I Drive', 'Something Naughty' and some others I think), which are about the same man I married. Together 7 years Thanks Mysteria - you have a maple tree? I love them, hehe.. My grandparents have one up their driveway, but we don't have any here. Is Brian still posting here? I can't seem to find any new ones of his.. Yes, well he was one of MY favourites too.. always such clever, though provoking words.. Close to Autumn now! And I am very grateful for you digging me up, Skyshine lol.. Congratulations to you too! I'll look out for you when I pop back. Thanks!! -Lynne Bless your cotten sockies, you poetic maniacs. ^_^ Love - Lynne |

I enjoyed reading your poem and it made me think of our own maple tree and how much pleasure it brings us when the leaves turn in the fall. Trillium Betty Lou Hebert |

Lynne, You've written a lovely descriptive poem full of imagery. Don't stay away so long. Dennis :^) Moonbeams radiate |
