Prevail Doctors all warn for several years “Get in the wheelchair, boy Don’t you know you’ll lose those legs?” I say, “Nope, my faith will prevail.” Friends be talkin times three or four “Don’t you know what’s happening she’s crazy, she will destroy you.” I say, “Nope, my faith will prevail.” Jobs all say time after time “Don’t you know, missin too many days can’t keep going on this way.” I say, “Nope, my faith will prevail.” Bill collectors calling, barking “Pay me, pay me, pay me… We will ruin you, don’t ya know?” I say, “Nope, my faith will prevail.” Enemy comes creepin, sneakin, peekin “You are mine, don’t ya know I have come to collect, son.” I say, “Nope, my faith will prevail.” My Father offers His eternal love “You are covered, saved, sealed to Me you know…it’s all about the Blood?” I say, “Praise God, faith has prevailed.” ~~~~~~  |

my faith will indeed prevail...assisted by a little hard work..  the woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost |
