In Keep Of Dreams ~*Marge Tindal*~ In tender keep of dreams at play The child counting sheep has come Into this land where beckons peace She walks the corridors of full sun Smile of wile plays across her face Inviting dreams of special moments This place where memories are fed Inside this dreamland of a child ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

Oh yes, I loved watching when my children were sleeping. If I could still have sweet innocent dreams like a child. Enjoyed! |

Marge: A lovely poem! i have often watched my children sleep and wondered what they could be dreaming. Sometimes one of them would remember and share it with me. My youngest son, who is handicapped and lives at home, often dreams of conversations with God, which touches me mightily! Betty Lou Hebert |

Ellie~ Thank you for stopping in for a read. I'm pleased to know you enjoyed this. BettyLou~ We watch them sleeping and wonder where they are. How wonderful when they are able to share those dreams with us. I recall my youngest telling me that he wasn't ever alone in his sleep ... that when he closed his eyes he saw moving pictures. This mommy smiled with sweet knowing. *Hugs* ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

Lovely piece, reminds me of the Sijo form. I have always enjoyed seeing children do most anything, sleep is always their most precious state. Very nicely done piece. Sparticus |
