What are you doing on this glorious day
Are you at work or indulging in play
Whether happy or whether you're blue
A special time to offer a Prayer or two

Praise God for the fact that you are alive
And Praise God again at the stroke of five
A warm peaceful feeling brings you afresh
As you and God truly and sincerely mesh

When droopy eyes falter into the deep
Thank God for this day as you fall to sleep
As slumber sets in at the end of prayer
Honestly, ask yourself,"How was your day?"
