Once upon a time there was you and I,
stuck in a fairy tale, our lives passing us by.
Living away from reality with horses and kings,
carriages and royalty, castles and queens.

Seasons passing one by one
games of croquet, recreation is fun.
Lunch by the pond is planned for two,
and we'll escape the crowded chateau.

Pink flowers floating gently from overhead trees,
making our castle picture perfect, wouldn't you agree?
Wind blowing soundlessly, moving us along,
to a world we want to be, where life is a song.

Lost in a meadow with a dark blue sky,
the rainbow stands out like an untold lie.
We'll run and we'll dance, and we'll become one,
in this fairy tale world I dream of.

**Any ideas for a title?**

Dear Peaceful_Dreamer,

Wonderful and magical is the only way I can describe the feeling I got from reading such a beautiful poem! For a moment I felt as if I were transported to another time where life was so peaceful, without the pressures we have now.
