Static Magic flows over the rocks on your hand, what holds your heart together? When I dance, you follow my body, counting the minutes as if you were losing me in hours, stopping my rhythm to see me climb into your face where you blind me with charm Bound through chill, icy winds rage, captured under small breaths of your gentle perfume while the north wind tangles with the moonlight we dance in our mingled lips as lovers, friends your voice strokes my ears and a smile echos from my eyes to my chin, marking you as my target ~ A thin line of clothes seperate us dancing in our mingled lips as lovers, follow the feel, growing like a child feeding on your womanly flesh dripping safely away, we shelter our best cadences for tomorrow. ~ April scours winter with gray sponge clouds blotting ice chilled in broken glasses served under the amber light of a poet's spring poem, felled greater than an old oak tree in a storm crushing the whys of change. ~ Your promises drift in bubbles blown by a child's breath through red puckered lips, bursting with no sound, no recollection, just rainbow circles fading under a warming spring sun ignoring your words. Even with insects- |
