Proudly he perched there
with his new Spring vest so red
Majestic and plump

The water fountain
was singing her Siren's song
he could not resist

So he took the plunge
loosing all his dignity
Robins morning bath

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

This is an absolutely beautiful haiku! I have never saw one with a second and third verse yet you have made it work! Very well written! -Scott
