SERENITY AT NIGHT

Tender little bells
Bring comfort in the night
Like the soft and soothing breeze
Or a hush of lullaby.
Curtains gently drift
Out from the window sill.
And somewhere far away
You can hear an owl hoot.
Graceful moonbeams sprinkle
An array of silky shadows
And they sway like ballerinas
Dancing opaque on the wall.
In the velvet sky
Candles cast a sparkle,
And then dawn emerges quiet
Cloaked in pink pastel.
The darkest of the hours
Like a fading song
A serene and tranquil image
And now a memory.

You painted this with delicately worded ink ... so very, very lovely~

Being a wind-chime collector ... I couldn't help but reach out and fingerbrush a couple of mine while reading this~

LOVE IT !!!
