Judging Martha, believe these words from me, I'm just as sorry as can be, Your first unplanned and thoughtless act Could bring such pain and that's a fact. I'm sorry the jury found no way To set you free that dreadful day. May your judge look at whole of you And rule that jail would never do. I agree, Joyce. I think the government prosecution was just a little bit too over-zealous. I think a fine and probation would be sufficient, but if the prosecution has its way, there will definitely be jail time. |

Thanks. When I think of the many horrendous things that are done and a slap on the wrist is the punishment, I do believe they pressed too hard on this. Maybe the judge will think a whopping fine is sufficient. Joyce |
