My heart knows a place,
of perpetual bliss-
in beauty's embrace,
and in her kiss.

My heart be a fool,
to know such beauty;
that it has no soul,
nor eyes to see.

But be it may,
I know not why,
my heart betray,
my spirit dies.

It longs to know,
that know it not,
beauty of show-
blindness forgot.

Eyes that deceive-
beauty has not,
my heart does grieve,
beauty forgot.

enjoyed reading ... I think though, to me, beauty is only one of many bowls. All of which have something worthwhile
