If you had a choice,
Would you wish your life was a tremendous gust of wind,
Or a gentle tender breeze?

Our lives are all interwined,
Some would demand to dominate,
Others pliable and giving,
Many confused about their purpose in life.

Sometimes I feel like Im a hurricane,
bumping about fiercely without directions,
hurtful and destructive,
a confused soul.

Other times I feel like Im a zephyr,
slight, refreshing and in control,
comprehensible, sensitive, compassionate,
counting my blessings and being thankful,
certain of my purpose in life.

Wind is just moving air,
it can do good things or bad.
We can all create our own,
and within a lifetime our souls brush against each other without realizing,
the gentle touch that had caressed our cheeks,
leaving us craving for that hint of gentleness once again, that little trace of magical contact...

I would like to be that gentle breeze,
creating just a small stir in your lives,
leaving you with a hint of smile whenever you think of me..

What about you? Tell me what you would like to be..

Dear friends:

It has been such a long time since I've written a poem.. I don't think this is good but it has a message which I'll really like to convey and hope that you'll share your thoughts with me ^_^

Who, me?
Why I would like to be a tree
and catch strong winds
from o'er the sea
and I would so be pleased
to later there be gently breezed
from the tips of my old branches
down to my knees
and when you came to share my shade
I'd brag about the leaves I'd made
and stand through summer and into fall
and hold them tight 'till the colors fade

SweetMichelle~

'within a lifetime our souls brush against each other without realizing,
the gentle touch that had caressed our cheeks'

Doesn't get much lovelier than these thoughts~

I would like to be
the breeze of sweet gentility
To touch the cheek of those in need
to lift a Spirit ... foreverly~

Sometimes the need
would ask me to be stronger
so that I could last so much longer
blowing about this earthly plain
to leave a *huglet* that would remain~

~Thank you for the sweet inspire~

A lovely thought.  A gentle breeze can accomplish more than a hurricane sometimes.  Love, Joyce

Wonderfully written thoughts Michelle ... enjoyed your perspective

If I had to be something, perhaps an icicle ... revered by spring flowers

~~~
Droplets cling fast to an icicle
their silent plea
echoes
in vain
Mist
gently lifts
when the shade dissipates
And then
tears
wet the dirt
once again
I'd like to be the Chinook winds,
enveloping you in the heart of grace,
immersing you in the spirit of friendship,
bring a waving smile to your face.
Wild as the young hummingbird,
cunning as the chipmunk,
offering you friendship hugs,
and wishes of joy and love.
You truly are a zephyr of delight to all our earts, God Bless You, you'll be when you believe, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Michelle, thank you for sharing!
May love and light always shine upon you!
Love,
Noah Eaton
